The government of Punjab has planned Ring Road for Rawalpindi city. This ring road is the part of CPEC and will connect Rawat Industrial Estate to Fatehjang Road. Rawalpindi Ring Road will have Channi Bridge Interchange, Chak Bali Road Interchange, Rawat Interchange, Gorakh Pur Interchange, Adyala Interchange, Dhamial Interchange, Chakri Interchange, Motorway Interchange and Fatehjang Interchange.

Due to Rawalpindi Ring Road many areas will come to prominence as it will provide easy access. Areas on both sides of Rawalpindi Ring Road will see property price rise. After the construction of Lahore Ring Road, property prices have increased by many folds. Same will happen to the areas adjacent to the Ring Road in Rawalpindi.           Both sector F-4 & F-5 are good for investment but please hold your investments as prices has started crashing. Its due to higher property taxes, political turmoil, JIT & Economic meltdown in middle eastern countries. You can invest in few months and definitely then prices will be lower than present ones. A big crack down on black money is underway by SC and this will definitely crash the property prices.

      Its better to sale your plot. Reason is the that property prices are stagnant and will either fall or will remain stagnant for ears to come like the crash of 2005.

      Faisal Residencia E-17 Islamabad is near to Motorway and New Islamabad International Airport
      Garden Tow Rawalpindi is just on Rawalpindi Ring Road
      Faisal Residencia has normal price but Garden Town is very cheap / affordable in price

      Kohsar View Housing Project Rawalpindi is approved from RDA.
      But not fully developed even after 25 years.
      Yes due to Rawalpindi Ring Road, prices of Kohsar project will definitely rise.

        • Faisal Town F-18 Islamabad is one of the hottest investment at the moment due to 3 reasons;
          Near to G.T. Road
          Near to Motorway
          Near to interchanges
          Near to New Islamabad International Airport
          Near to many famous roads like Fatehjang Road
          Near to CPEC route
          Yes prices will rise, but make long term investment like at-least 2-3 years.

      Rawalpindi Ring Road will pass near to Bahria Phase 8 extension. After the completion of Ring Road, price of Bahria Phase 8 extension will definitely rise.
      Bahria Town Phase 8 Rawalpindi is partially approved from Rawalpindi Development Authority, in other words approval granted on certain conditions.

      But
      for many years no development can be seen in these societies
      These societies have just got some importance due to nearby infrastructure development

      BUT
      Kohsar View Housing Project Rawalpindi is not developed even after 25 years.
      So its best to stay away.

    As announced today the route of by pass is changed from channi bridge to Bonth, near Mandra. How do you see the access of RCCI , where it will be connected. How do you see the increase of prices of RCCI, Rawat.

      Rawalpindi Ring Road will touch the G.T. Road and according to some people it will be extended to Kahuta Road
      Once this is done, prices in RCCI Rawat will definitely increase.
      Rawalpindi Ring Road is a single road but all roads connecting it will be expanded or improved so many areas will have much better location in future.

      Sector B-17 Islamabad is one of the beautiful sectors of Islamabad. Its very near to CPEC. In future we will see much price rise. But make sure you invest for long time not for short time like 2020-2022.
      Double storey 10 Marla house with normal finish will cost you approximately 65 LAC.

      Road always connect different regions
      Location is what defines the price of property. Due to Rawalpindi Ring Road, many housing schemes will come to prominence. All societies you mentioned and many societies en route to Rawalpindi Ring Road will see price rise in future.

      CBR Phase 2 is also close to Rawalpindi Ring Road as RR will have Thalian Interchange.
      CBR Phase 2, Alharam City, Danyal Town, University Town, Garden Town, MPCHS Islamabad, PAF Tarnol Islamabad and all societies near to Ring Road and New Islamabad International Airport are hot investment as property prices will increase in near future.

      Rawalpindi Ring Road is part of CPEC – China Pakistan Economic Corridor and will connect Rawat to Fatehjang Road.
      It will easy traffic problems as heavy traffic from Khyber to Lahore will use it without entering the city
      Rawalpindi Ring Road will serve like bypass road with single free corridor

      Property prices in Rawat, Fatehjang and on both sides of Rawalpindi Ring Road will see big boost.
