Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme 3 & 5 Marla Unit Prices | Construction to Start in Lodhran, Chishtian and Renala Khurd by end of February:

During the campaign of Pakistan General Elections 2018, PTI promised to build 5 Million Affordable Homes across Pakistan once in power. Now PTI is in power, so it has started the revolutionary project of NAYA PAKISTAN HOUSING SCHEME to build affordable homes for Pakistanis.

Initially Naya Pakistan Housing Program was expanded to 21 cities across Pakistan. The areas include Faisalabad, Gilgit, Islamabad, Quetta, Muzzaffarabad, Swat, Sukkur, Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Gujranwala, Jhelum, Kasur, Lahore, Layyah, Multan, Muzaffargarh, Rahim Yar Khan, Sialkot, Vehari, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir.

But due to the high volume of applications its hard to start the project in all districts. Therefore government has decided to start Naya Pakistan Housing program in 3 districts of Punjab. Later it will be expanded across Pakistan. The construction work under Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme will start in Feburary in three cities Lodhran, Chishtian and Renala Khurd.

Government Announces the Prices of 3 Marla and 5 Marla Houses:

The government has fixed the prices of housing units under NAYA PAKISTAN HOUSING PROGRAM. The house prices are;

3 Marla House Price = 16.5-17.5 LAC

5 Marla House Price = 21-23 LAC

How to apply for Naya Pakistan Housing Program?

Earlier Naya Pakistan Housing project Registration Forms were available from NADRA website. But now for the three cities, Lodhran, Chishtian and Renala Khurd Application Forms will be provided through the Bank of Punjab. The registration Forms are free and filled photocopies will also be accepted.

Payments for the Submission of Registration Form:

Application Processing Fee = Rs. 250/-

Token Money = Rs. 10,000/- (will be refunded to unsuccessful applicants within 15 days of balloting)

Payment to be Paid by Successful Applicants:

Down Payment = Rs. 20,000/- (to be paid by the successful candidate within 20 days of balloting)

Plus the installments at will be announced after balloting.

Registration Form Submission Date:

The last date to apply for Affordable Homes in Lodhran, Chishtian and Renala Khurd is 25 February 2019.

    Nia Pakistan housing program is in 3 phase: phase 1 for 6000 homes may complete in next 1.6 years while 2nd phase will be start for 20000 homes. 3rd phase will be complete after completion of both phases.

    Result: 26000 homes will be entertained in next 2 years while demands vs supply shortfall much addition than supply.
    Property may be boost in near future when actual reality will appear in front of needy people of Pakistan.
    Property may be increase as with other saving additions.

      In start government will build few houses this is why called pilot project. Later it will be expanded to other cities. Government can easily built 5 million affordable homes in Pakistan as Egyptian and Turkish businessmen are interested to invest in Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme.

    kindly read the article and comments ? further if you would say that property prices are downward trend then i would share the experiance just last sunday have meet few estate agent

    Agent told me that this time HOT CAKE at karachi property market. : Taiser town , Garden city, Kaneen fatima society new karachi and Surjani town.

    The proeprty prices are become double just with in 4 months, i mean at Taiser town 120 sq/yard file price was 1 lakh now 4 lakh, similarly kaneez fatima society 120 sq/yard file 12 lakh now 25 lakh. Agent advising that just invest wait 5 months and sell and make money.

      Firstly; It will end the property frauds in Pakistan.
      Secondly; property prices will fall in Pakistan as no one will buy the homes in private housing schemes.

      As per NAB there are 1000’s of illegal housing schemes in Pakistan. Pakistanis have lost billions of investments due to property frauds and scams. NAYA PAKISTAN HOUSING PROGRAM will definitely end the scams. 5 Million Affordable Homes will definitely provide the relief for Pakistanis as they will able to own homes at very low prices as compared to market prices.
